Radon - We do radon testing which is an additional charge. You may want to consider radon testing if you plan to live in your home year round and if you have small children that will grow up in the home. For more information about radon please see this link. http://www.epa.gov/radon/

Asbestos - We do occasionally run into asbestos whether it be old floor tiles, vermiculite in the attic or old insulation wrap around pipes. We do not test asbestos. However, we do note it on your report with pictures and references as to how to deal with the issue. Please see the following link for more asbestos information. http://www.epa.gov/asbestos/

Mold - Mold is another issue that we do run into from time to time. Most homes contain at least a small amount of mold. This can come in the form of mildew in the shower or mold from a previous leak, etc. Addressing mold head on to get rid of it and keeping your home dry is the best practice. We do not test for mold. However, we will definatly let you know if it is visibly present with pictures and suggestions for remediation. Please see this link for more mold information. http://www.epa.gov/mold/
